The staff was very professional and genuinely helpful, they made our trip! The location was absolutely perfect - very close to the Jones AT & T stadium, the ghetto and medical facilities. It also was so close to everything.

The location is good and stunning, close enough to medical facilities, and T stadium - could n't be better. Again, its 2 miles from Cactus Courtyard.

We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with a pullout sofa. The staff were excellent and amicable. The location was favourable, within a close distance from Carpenter's Church. The hotel was placed 0.5 miles away from the airport.

Location: the hotel was right by the Jones AT, and medical facilities. The rooms were brand-new and exceptional here with a comfortable bed, a sleeper sofa and an extra blanket.

The hotel's location is perfect for college visits, with easy parking and a clean, cozy room. Guests can enjoy the adequate breakfast and workout in the exercise room. The spacious bathroom and charging ports make the stay even better.

The elevator button can be unresponsive at times, causing guests to press it multiple times.

Hotel as a whole is modern and beautifully designed, I loved it.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Lubbock for a week-long business trip. The room was amazing, with a clean and spacious layout that was perfect for travelers. What impressed me the most were the plentiful plugs for my electronics and the thoughtful design, including hooks above the luggage bench to conveniently hang belongings. The breakfast selection was also great, offering a variety of delicious options. I especially loved the blinds that made the room completely dark during the day. Additionally, the charging station for phones was a nice touch. I will definitely be staying here again!
